LOUISE-BRIDGE products are handmade to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for shoes to be built plus shipping time. Shipping time is 3-5 business days.
Orders sent within the US should arrive between 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Note these delivery times are after being dispatched. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Holidays.
Shipping costs for one item:
Domestic delivery: 10 USD
International delivery: 20 USD
If client is shipping to a destination outside the US, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government and will be the responsibility of the client. We recommend to inform yourself at the local customs office of your country, so you will not be surprised by unexpected charges.

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges for store credit on any items (except items which are final sale) that are in their original condition. Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box or bag.
We do not accept returns on sale items, or items that were purchased with a promotional code.
Please email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Number (RN#). We require that your item is returned within 5 days of receiving your RN#. Please note that all returns that do not meet the 5 day requirement for requesting a RN# will only be considered final and no exchange will be given.
If you decide to exchange an item to LOUlSE-BRIDGE, you are responsible for the return shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package.

Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
